SARAH HOLDSWORTH

Having been in the industry for the past 20 years in both sales and residential lettings, Sarah launched Prime Property Management in 2009.

She offers a bespoke management service with a strong emphasis on Customer Service.

She is a member of ARLA (the Association of Residential Letting Agents) and has been both a Regional Representative for ARLA and held a place on the ARLA Board.

She is a strong supporter of full regulation for the Industry.

ANGELA MARTIN

Angela has worked as an Estate Agent for over 20 years, having worked both in the Corporate sector with Haart and for local Independent Agents.

She and Sarah worked at Haart together and Angela has been with Prime for over 12 years.

Customer Service is high on her list of priorities and her professionalism and knowledge of the Lettings Industry is exceptional.

HELEN KNIGHT

Helen has worked for Prime for 12 years, coming from an accounting background she is in charge of the accounts and rent payments as well as compiling inventories and a multitude of other jobs.

She thrives on dealing with the various problems that arise on a daily basis as is normal when running a portfolio of this size.  

She ensures that the rents are dealt with quickly and efficiently, chasing any late payments and ensuring Landlords are paid in a timely manner.
